  Today, I opened a Travel Money Card Account at your branch and was attended to by a lady named Jo Pass. I just want to say how impressed I was with the most polite and courteous way in which I was treated. Jo explained everything to me about how to use the money card and answered all my questions. I will be travelling overseas to UK & Europe in mid-May 2016 and feel confident I have chosen the best method of carrying and accessing cash when needed.

  Oh my god. These guys are something else. My business account is with them and the service is poor and opening hours are dismal.

  My account was wrongly opened (wrong name and legal structure) and still struggling to get it rectified after 6 months....and the business banking at the branch is simply non-existent ! They give you a 1300 number- good luck with that !

  With only one permanent staff and all others casuals, CBA Mandurah has taken the concept of relationship banking to a whole new level ! You have a problem and you need to explain it from scratch to each new person on each visit.... ! Of course the problem never moves beyond the first person !

  Went to open an account for my daughter, the account manager spoke directly to a 14 year old explaining what needs to be done as if I was not present. I found her actions very rude.

  And (although not necessarily from the branch), someone will keep calling you from CBA to sell insurance or home loan or what have you.
