    Extremely unprofessional. 2 weeks of waiting for technicians that dont show up and dont call to let you know. When they finally arrived they didnt do the job properly and now im waiting again. These guys will waste your time and your money and like me you will end up having to use another company to fix a problem you already paid bay electrical to do. This is so bad im actually considering legal action. Do not use this company.

    Bay electrical just finished a full replacement of faulty switches (manufacturer warranty from a new build) to whole home, the technician worked all day, my only complaint would be the booking I was told a apprentice would be on board to help as there was so many to do and I have massive heavy furniture and no husband home to help, so I even had to empty fish tank to slide it etc. So the poor electrician was slowed down as I have BC and found it very hard to move heavy stuff out from walls so he could get in. But 5 stars to the technician who done a great job today. Thankyou Bay electrical I now feel safe to switch on power points and light switches and to the Manufacturer clipsal thankyou for your quick swift response to faulty switches.
