  Who would have thought the gym could be made FUN!! Such a warm welcoming, family- friendly gym. The perfect sized space to be pushed in your workout!! There is a contagious energy from Daniel and Michelle that just makes u want to go back again and again! Not to mention rope climbing races and fun activities for children that gets them moving!! Every family should join and make 2016 your year of health!

  What an awesome gym!! its definitely not just your typical gym! The atmosphere is amazing & it's full with the most motivated & positive people EVER!! You can chose from awesome group classes to a PT class which is tailored to you, which I love! Hands down the BEST

  You won't find any other gym the same, recommend to anyone who is deciding to go to a gym or not. You won't be disappointed.

  Small groups giving you lots of one on one time with the trainers. Friendly and non judgmental. Love it!

  I Love this place not like any other gym. Family orientated, great workouts and environment to exercise. Very friendly and supportive staff making it enjoyable to be at the gym. Great programs to include the whole family. My kids enjoy the Weekend class and also the after school hrs at the gym.

  Fantastic gym for the whole family, no icky creche, kids are completely involved and you get to keep fit with your children. Its a brilliant concept and me and my son just love going to Bust-a-burpee! The owners are just the loveliest people too :)
