  When I contacted Crest about these concerns I was asked to put it in an email and send it to the manager as he is not in very often and was shrugged off fairly fast.

  If your looking to pay top dollar for filthy accomodation with animals and smoke alarms keeping you awake all night look no further than Crest Accomodation - the Point 1005

  Stayed in The BridgePoint 1005 for a few days. Firstly the directions from the main office (which is at a different address to the correct building) were terrible, the girl on the counter acknowledged the bad map and appologised but couldnt give us any better verbal directions. The unit itself was $500 a night and was advertised as luxury. Upon entry we couldnt help but immediately notice all the stains on the carpet, dirty light switches and surrounds. The windows facing the old mandurah bridge looked like they hadnt been cleaned for atleast a few months and were cloudy with water stains on them, the awnings looked like they have never been cleaned at all as they are covered in a thick black soot, both the outside sunlounges and seat next to them had holes and stains on them and the outside balcony had blood stains on the floor and one sunlounge had bloodstains also, the smoke alarm in the unit woke us up at 6:40am it went for about a minute but there was no smoke, no batteries in the remote for the ipod docking station or one of the tv remotes, the backs of the dining chairs were filthy and some broken ornaments were hiding up high in cupboards. People in the neighbouring units have dogs so you get to hear little yappa dogs barking alot. Information booklet was old and outdated & the recreational facilities are shared between a few buildings.
