  Rude and very very intimidated. Pressured to pay for a course of treatments when i wanted one. I will return to Absolute Cosmetics. I felt like a number. I was rushed in and out. Never again!!! Disgusted with results. I have been having IPL for years, so I know what results I can get for my money. The whole experience was borderline traumatic and alot of money to part with if your not happy. I have already made an appointment at a trusted clinic where they do not hassle you to part with money you do not have. Thoroughly and utterly disgusted.

  Just read your reply to one of the reviews and you state “you pride yourself on treatments and customer service”. What an absolute joke! You are nothing but rude and obnoxious and your treatments are bodgy! My lip is so uneven that I felt uncomfortable leaving my house. When I came back to complain and so you could view your poorly performed work you suggested I then come back AGAIN to see the nurse so she could clean up your mess! Why would I come back to your clinic? That’s right....I won’t, and I will certainly be informing other people that I know to steer clear also! I asked for a refund which I am entitled to and deserve, you refused. You call that customer service?? Can’t wait to read your reply. If it’s any thing like your phone manor it will certainly raise some eyebrows!!!

  After IPL I can use just a light brush of mineral makeup , I am always asked by friends what I have done and what I use as my skin is looking fabulous. As well as other treatments I have had here (which i have found to be very successful) the staff have always been upfront and honest with their treatment plans that have delivered me the results I have been looking for... brighter , fresher, younger looking skin with softer facial expressions with restored volume. Thank you Lynne and staff for always going above and beyond.

  I have been coming to MAAC for the last 12 months, I am a 62 year old who did not expect to come out looking like a 20 year old but wanted to look "fresher" and not so tired and be able to get rid of years of sun damage.

  I have been having IPL treatment over the course of 2 months, to which i have found Mandurah Anti Ageing Clinic to be very welcoming, helpful, knowledgeable, understanding, will go that extra mile to make sure their clients are 100% satisfied. Highly trained staff, latest equipments and very bubbly atmosphere.
