  We rang this company to make an enquiry in regards to a problem we have with our Jeep. My husband spoke to the receptionist, and was told that she would get a representative to call him back, as they were all on the phone. Must have been a mighty long phone call as we are still waiting for the return call more than 30 hours later.

  I questioned them as to what the work would entail, and was in the first instance lied to outright, then when dropping my car off for said recall service works, again i queried what was going to be done and was then handed a factory recall sheet, told to phone FCA customer care and asked to leave the premises.

  absolutely without question the worst customer service experience of my life. Having moved recently to Mandurah and having received a recent recall letter for my Jeep Commander, i went down to discuss and arrange the works accordingly.

  Absolute total waste of time, i would have zero faith in any works they undertake on my vehicle. Don't risk it, go somewhere else.
