  Really happy to have driven from Perth to buy my second hand car from this dealership. If you don't want to deal with the sharks (sometimes dishonest) from Perth, this is a great alternative. Everything went really well: great test drive, great car, good price, honest staff, smooth purchase, etc. Just a honest business. Overall a great experience. Keep your attitude guys!

  They offered me extended warranty when I purchased my car two years ago for no extra cost, the only condition for this warranty was the regular services of the vehicle which must be done by Mitsubishi service only. I was thinking what a nice people they are, but now I understand their trick. They may not charge you extra for offering extended warranty, but they actually catch you by throat and then make huge profits by double and triple charging customers like me for their vehicle services. They charged me $399 for a regular service in which even an air filter is not included! I could have done this service with the same quality, if not better, somewhere else for half the price they charged me. This is one of only few businesses out there which don't even have a Facebook page, which means that they don't really care what their customers say. They didn't even bother to reply to my email, which from my point of view means that they have nothing to say, because they already know that they've done wrong. It's a shame! At least I've learnt my lesson: NEVER BACK TO MITSUBISHI SERVICE AGAIN.

  $350 for a 15000 km service and dont even include a new air filter. That will be an extra $75. What a rip off.
