  Great service from the parts and service departments. Our hilux went in for a service and had to have some major work done. Which would have resulted in a catastrophic engine failure if not fixed. We live in the pilbara so it would have been a major headache to get it recovered and repaired. So many thanks to the whole team. On a side note it was good to see deparments liasing between each other to get us up and running quickly. Well Done and Thankyou.

  Being a mechanic by trade i appreciated the ability to be able to watch the mechanics work on my car and to make sure that i was happy - which i was. Even though my service was before its scheduled interval, i couldnt be happier with my experience from start to finish. I will be happily taking my car to them from now on.

  From the moment you step inside the welcome is fantastic. The ease of paperwork for my booking was extremely thorough. As i was getting an express service i waited in their customer lounge and was served a very nice coffee. I was also able to watch my vehicle serviced by video from the workshop. This was done very professionaly, thanks goes to the Technicians that worked on my vehicle. Once the service was finished i was notified and the check out was once again very friendly. Thanks to Mandurah Toyota.

  From the minute that i pullled up i was greeted in a friendly manner, was spoken to with an attentive and understanding tone from not just the service departments but also the spare parts and reception.

  Friendly service and a courtesy pick-up when your car is in for a service, my only disappointment is that they don't wash the car when is in for a service like they used too EDIT they washed the car this time, great!.
