  Thank-you to the team at Mandurah VW for the assistance in purchasing a new vehicle. Karen (Business Manager) and Peter (Sales) do the dealership proud and really look after you, the customer. Particular thanks to Clive, Richard and Graham in the service and warranty area of the dealership. These guys really go the extra mile to assist and look after you. Due to a VW quality control issue, my new vehicle required a small repair to be completed. The service dept ensured I had a loan car for the duration of the repair, followed up with VW Australia to get the repair completed and under warranty to the high standard it should've been on leaving the factory. In a world where customer service is sadly lacking, this dealership, in my opinion, give great customer service and really look after you the way you should be looked after.

  New owners, eh? An update for old customers might have been a good idea. Instead of us waiting a fortnight for an answer to an email then getting bounced. Wonder if it anything to do with the class action letter we just received.
