  The mechanic in charge, I did not get his name. But he has a curly hair i think, was so kind polite and very knowledgeable on what he's saying. I felt the assurance that i am at the right place.

  The second one was after the money. I booked in for a check up. I went and the guy took my patrol inside the shop. I heard few revs and after 5 minutes or even less he came up to the office. He told me i got a burnt valve.. I said really? he said i believe so.. I asked which valve.. He replied well we cant identify unless we take the head and check. I said really? I did not say i have a mechanical aptitude and usually do my own service if i have the tools.

  I got my Patrol checked by two other shops. They were both after the money. The first one was even not so interested talking to me over the phone maybe because of my accent. I felt like he was in hurry and wanted to hung up the phone quickly.
