  I feel compelled to let all no! DONT LOOSE YOUR RECEIPT other wise office works couldnt care less. I purchased an office chair and 8 months later it had a structural failure, so I rang office works mandurah and spoke with manager DANIEL who to say the least was SHORT, RUDE & OBNOXIOUS I stated I could not locate my receipt to witch she replied do you have an idea on when you purchased the item, yes i do! so I gave her the month of purchase, she replied no i need day month & week! i said how am i suppose to remember the day etc !! she said it will be on the receipt of course i said your not listening if i could look at my receipt we would not be have this conversation!! So this just went around and around & around, What a JOKE! so sadly I have given up & will now purchase another from some where else.We all dont keep every receipt from every purchase ever made! SO THANKS FOR NOTHING OFFICE WORKS MANDURAH..
