  Just want to say a big thanks to Brad and the team at Whitcroft I.T. I bought my last asus laptop 6 years ago and finally upgraded to the new power house model, latest on the market. Hope to get the next 6 years out of this one. Even got a smile out of my daughter as they replaced the smashed screen on her iPhone while we waited. Thanks again.

  If i could give 0 stars i would. Gave my sony xperia laptop in for a new touch screen replacement which cost me $400 before i moved back to NZ to study (this was over half a year ago). One month into using the new screen the touch stopped working. When i went back to visit my parents and took it back Whitcroft said they would fix it however they didnt get it back to me on time before my 2 week holiday was done (which i understand as it was the christmas break). However my mother just came to visit and bought my laptop back and now the screen is completely seperated from the laptop and wont stay stuck down. If i am being charged $400 for a new screen then i expect a well done job especially if you have had my laptop for over 6 months. Not happy but unfortunately i am unable to do anything now since i dont live in Mandurah anymore.

  Fantastic service. Dropped computer off at 8am and picked up repaired at 2pm same day. Couldn't be happer
