  The thing i love most about bodywork's is the protein. There own brand of protein is top class, as it is very clean/great tasting, not the chemically taste that some other brands have. There are endless different flavors (choc, ice cream, vanilla, coffee, spearmint - my personal flavor)

  I have using Body Lean (Adonis) protein now for over 12 months and have gone from 96kg down to 85kg and wouldn't go back to any other product, based on the quality of this supplement which has provided me with muscle gain as well as weight loss. The fact Body Lean contains pure ingredients without the nasty fillers that some other proteins available on the market may use, is noticeable, providing a clean but pleasurable taste.   Not only are the Bodyworks crew the best trainers in Mandurah but they have the most knowledge on supplements, nutrition and general health. You feel welcome the minute you walk through the door. Bodyworks protein is the best protein I have ever tasted. Australian made and not full of fillers. Over 10 years in business and still going strong. Recommend Antony and Adrienne to anyone.

Anth and Adrienne are so passionate about their line of work and always make training fun, exciting and a challenge. I love that its not like other large gyms.
