  Upon removal the damage to my natural hair was shown. Despite them swearing black and blue they didnt cut my hair at all it was very obvious they had when "blending" my extentions in, leaving my hair different lengths and big gaps in my hair too.

  I really do not recommend them at all for anyone. I understand people have had good experiences but unfortunately not me and so many others that contacted me after they heard my experience.

  Once again Duvah and his team have done an amazing job on mine and mums hair. Been going to ONYX for the past 7 years, and will all recommend ONYX to all our friends and families.

  I posted on their page asking for my money back only to be accused of using coconut oil, they blamed me for what happened to my hair, threatened me with lawyers, deleted any bad reviews or comments from page, banned me and others to message them, pretty much denied saying everything they told me in regards to what products to use and so much more. All together i lost over $500 that day with nothing to show for it.

  Went in with a brand new set of extensions and asked for them to be in as well as full colour. All was perfect when i left there and only used and did what they told me to take care of my hair. A few days later nearly all hair extentions fell out after first wash leaving me with a mullet that i had to wear for work. Asked for it to be fixed which they couldnt do. By this point hair was a matted mess that the remaining had to be removed.
