  Not good since Dr. Dempsey and Dr. van Rooyen left the practice. Counter staff not friendly and helpful at all. Had major drama getting my files transferred to Dynamic Doctors Group, they just were not interested and took their time. I eventually went there myself to request my files be transferred as I had an appointment with Dr. Dempsey at Dynamic and was already waiting over an hour for my files. Got there and was told that they are busy and I must wait. Eventually was told she could not find it and must return on Monday. I needed my files tranferred as I required a letter for a new job application. I was eventually told to leave, the police was summonsed (I was being aggressive lol) No, I was being stern and did not accept no for an answer. I never abused anyone, swore at anyone or became aggressive. I was confronted by an courier working for them and was abused by him, being told I was an idiot etc. I left without my files. I suggest everybody to transfer to Dynamic Group Doctors as they are very helpful and professional, facilities are very modern, they even have iPads to entertain kids while waiting.

  The best medical group by far and to that de villiers comment well I was there and you were way out of line .. complete strangers who were there thought so and so did the police I think you and your doctors deserve each other ...someone get that man a white ribbon to wear ... no violence toward women !
