  I like the Specsavers franchise as a glasses wearer. Good range of glasses at reasonable prices often 2 for 1. Often health care funds have specials they run on options also. Friendly staff. Good optometrists.

  Picked up some kind of eye bacteria/infection after having an eye test done. When calling the shop to notify them, they didn't want to know and didn't even put me through to an optometrist. Very disappointing.

  Very professional stuff and the new shop is awesome. I was actually surprised with the work they do with all nice and latest equipment.

  My husband & I both went in for eye tests for new glasses. Sam the optrometrist was brilliant & did even more tests on my eyes as I mentioned having being told previously (at another place) with having the beginning of macular degeneration. He put my mind at rest regarding that, showing me more photos that he did on my eyes & explaining it all. Bec who sorted out frames for both of us was so friendly & knowledeble & was an absolute pleasure. I enquired with Sam re contact lenses, with the end result being that he arranged for me to have a 1 month trial. I went in yesterday to go through learning how to use them. When I was having trouble removing one of them (learner, dummy), John, another of the optometrists, took it out & gave me helpful suggestions. Today is the first day I have worn them & had no trouble inserting them. I am yet to remove them, but the freedom is amazing! I would recommend this store highly.
