    Great location, great views from the balcony... accommodation is excellent.

    Filthy toilet. Toilet was absolutely filthy and could not have been properly cleaned for many days. Coming down about 8- 10cm from under the rim was brown/black filth and where the toilet seat meets the base was also filthy. It was shocking and made me wonder about the cleanliness of the rest of the unit. I talked to management who seemed to think because they sent someone up to clean it for me I should be thankful. I asked for a refund but was only given 50%. Kelly the Manager just didnt seem to comprehend what a problem this was and tried to make out it was just a "one-off" But that sort of build up doesnt occur overnight.
