    Given them 3 tries and failed each time. Won't be going back. Poor in every aspect

    Not only is the drive thru ridiculously slow every time I've been, I purchased the new mozzarella zinger burger and had to wait over 15 minutes just to get home and discover the zinger burger wasn't actually in the dam burger! Seriously step it up guys surly working at a KFC isn't that bloody hard.

    It feels strange in this day and age to not get a standard service from a corporate establishment, The service is slow and my god I have never had chicken that tastes and smells so bad. I can't understand that the KFC in Mandurah can be so different to the one 15 KM down the road in Falcon. When I buy chicken from the Mandurah KFC I have to go home, salt and pepper it and chuck it in the oven for another 20mins to cook out what ever that fatty oily substance is that covers it and even then I usually have to coat it in sauce to even try to eat it.
