  Appalling communication between tenants and the property manager. Don't seem to genuinely care for their tenants. Please avoid! We had the worse experience with this company. Don't expect all your bond back, they will get you on the littlest of things!

  Business Solutions WA Mandurah would like to state that the review below regarding HN Perry is nothing to do with us, we do not have any property links with HN Perry since our lease swapped to Raine and Horne. When we were with them we had no real issues at all and any problems were generally sorted in a timely manner.

  Thankyou Jan Wiley. My recent experience with Perry Real Estate was professional and helpful. It is fantastic to deal with an Agent that understands individual needs. Jan was happy to answer all questions asked and I definitely recommend H & N Perry.

  Our experience of renting a house through H & N Perry for more than three years was excellent. Professional team, reasonable inspections and fair final report. We have received our bond with some final effort to hand over the house back in appropriate condition. I guess they requested some extra tidiness condition than when we received it but all ended at the fevour of both the owner and the tenant.

  Horrendous to deal with, worst experience I've ever had with a company. Treated like dirt and passed between lots of different managers. Constantly ignored on even serious issues relating to crime and health/safety of properties. Only time your contacted within the day is on issues relating to $$$. If it is maintenance or anything else, don't expect a reply. Also on many occasions like the reviewer below, workmen just randomly showed up, without prior notification from HN Perry or so called unqualified contractors and at bond return time it took weeks and weeks to sort and many things were added which were not our issue to resolve. Think I should have requested a free script for Prozac with my bond after this ordeal. Avoid.
