  I've found Kevin Green real estate to be thouroughly professional, accurate and importantly proactive and competent. I have no reservations in endorsing them. I dealt with Jeremy Malkovic , Louise Taylor and Barry Hammer on the commercial side of things, they've been excellent

  Hi i have just moved into a rental the property manager Kelly Marsh after 8 weeks they now tell me it is for sale she has told me so many lies i am now just about 70 years and don't need things like this as i am a cancer survivor, and now sent me a letter if i would like to move out.

  I have no idea as to what they are like as real estate agents nor as property managers but as for my experience with them as Strata Managers they are very unprofessional and incompetent. I had a dispute with them regarding payment of overdue Strata Fees which was due to their incompetence as I had on numerous occassions gave them notification of mailing address but they kept sending to my ex partners address. I then went in and paid 2 over due Strata payments in {cash} in March with a witness and yet they could not find any trace of the money therefore rather than accept the fact that perhaps they had a untrustworthy employee or that they had stuffed up they went down the track of debt collectors. Since then I have notified them of three separate occassions where they have been mistaken with their facts or figures but they chose to ignore. Therefore by word of mouth they will lose far more than I lost by paying them twice !!! stay clear .

  I have been renting from Kevin Green for three and a half years and I have had no problem with them they have been wonderful the only reason I'm moving out is because a friend has offered me a house near the Ocean at Madora Bay that I couldn't turn down otherwise I would still be renting from them ! I definitely give them five Stars !!
