    Called to get a price to have an oven installed and was told I'd be called back, after waiting a day with no response called SDJ Plumbing and Gas instead and was given a good quote, with the price ending up cheaper after the job was done too. They organised everything I needed on the phone straight away and had both the gas fitter and an electrician to me the next morning. Wouldn't bother with even calling Ballantyne again.

    They charge $200 to replace an aerator to a tap. Have the cheek to charge made up "compliance" levies.. AVOID at ALL costs!!!
