    Huge expensive, less after sales service then a pair of off the rack school shoes. Warranty issues start more dilemmas.

    Spas are great but the store in Mandurah if you can catch them open are a waste of time.

    The after sale service is a constant source of frustration. The opening hours detailed in the web site is a guide only. The phone is never answered. Queries are never chased up.The delivery service and maintenance man is, contrary to company policy, very effective and helpful.

    I heard from a friend of mine that this place is under new management now, so after visiting other spa places and getting nowhere I thought I would give it a try..I'm glad I did.. Edwina went out of her way to help us with what we needed and we found her to be very friendly and helpful. They kept us posted with the process and now we are enjoying our fantastic spa.
