    They are friendly and helpful if they don't hace what you need they will order it in for you

    Not even one star Had a knocking sound in the pump from air getting in the system. Poolwerx suggest we change out the sand.$350 later knocking noise still there so they said that the pump is on its way out. Pump replaced $750. Knocking sound still there.valuve cut out by them tosee if that would fix it... Must be air getting in some where from the skimmer box to the pump and we should pull up the pavers they say......very dissapointed after being a loyal customer for 3 years
