2 - upon requesting having the prices matched i was told by the owner of the business." NO WE DON'T PRICE MATCH AS WE CAN'T COMPETE WITH THE BIGGER STORES AS WE ARE A SMALL BUSINESS". after saying that wasn't what i was told on the phone i then got the reply "Oh that was probably the new girl and she got it wrong."

I ordered a book for my son before the start of term because they had run out of stock and paid for postage. I had to follow them up week after week and was told four weeks later that the stock had just come in and would be posted out to me that day. I waited one week and then called again. The lady I spoke to informed me that the item would had already been posted and should arrive in the mail soon. I waited another week and phoned on Monday, 6 weeks after school had started to be told that the item was definitely posted and that it should arrive that day or at the very latest today (Tuesday). I waited until this morning to check the mail and there was still nothing. I called and was told that, actually, one of the staff had driven 20+ minutes to my home and 'hand delivered' the item Thursday last week, leaving it on my door step (I was home every day between 3pm and 6pm when this allegedly happened and no one knocked or left anything on my door step)... I was told that the staff member would deliver 'another' book to me this afternoon, but I decided to go in store and collect the item myself. I was then told that I would not be getting a refund for postage because technically they had already delivered the item and that in actual fact that I will now have been the recipient of two books according to them. I was made to feel that their entire failure to deliver the item was my own fault and that I should be responsible. I asked why no one had called to inform me that the item had been delivered to my door and why I had been told to check the mail box every day for the last two weeks when clearly the item had never actually been posted to me. I've never been so insulted, hence the negative review.

3 - i ended up buying what i needed on the school list. when i got home i checked my prices and to my HORROR found that all of the items were extremely more expensive. not just one or two dollars more. some items we double what they were on the book list. WHAT A RIP OFF.

Always greeted by friendly staff keen to assist. I like to support small local business and found with the larger one, I once put in my 2 orders and one was completely misplaced. Great educational gifts and teaching tools available also.

The staff were great, and took the time to help me find all the stationary i needed. They were happy enough to order in the books that were not there, so i appreciate that. I would recommend to anyone for the school supplies and saves a trip to perth.

Once i received the school book lists i rang around to make sure the teaching hub had what i required as i live in Baldivis and didn't want to make the trip to mandurah for nothing. i also inquired "DO YOU PRICE MATCH?" i was told "YES we do and you may even find that our prices are cheaper than what is on your book list". i thought great this is what we want.....
