  My initial consult here was fine, my cat had the sniffles and needed to be checked out. The vet told us 3 weeks of antibiotics would be issued and if I hadn't seen an improvement or was concerned that his condition had worsened to bring him back in 2 weeks. The antibiotics worked a treat, he showed significant improvement, however, we ran out after 1 week. I called to say that Perhaps we had been issued the wrong dose and we would go in and pick up the rest. I was told then that for further treatment I would have to come back in and pay a secondary consult fee. He has improved significantly and does not require a follow up appointment. The instructions I was given in the insists consult were completely different from what the vet wrote in his file. I always find it sad when people view vets as a money making industry, unfortunately these guys arnt helping the stereotype. In future I will trust my pets health with someone who is upfront and honest with me, and has his best interest at heart, as opposed to their bank account.

  So far so good with staff very helpful an understanding , an very affordable my black Labrador is always comfortable when visiting the vets i would highly recommend them like i was from other friends
